The Sony A6400 is an EISA award-winning camera featuring fast autofocus of just 0.02 seconds, improved Eye Autofocus, and newly developed Real-time Tracking. It is equipped with a 24.2 MP APS-C sensor Exmor CMOS sensor and BIONZ X image processor, ensuring you capture high-quality photos and videos.
The A6400 features a 180-degree tiltable screen with Touch Focus, Touch Shutter, and Touch Pad AF, allowing you to select your desired focus point and operate the camera with ease. The 425 contrast-AF points and contrast-detection AF cover 84% of the frame, providing reliable focus and tracking even with moving subjects. This camera uses artificial intelligence (AI)-based subject recognition to detect and process eye data in real time, delivering excellent accuracy, speed, and tracking performance with Eye AF. Subjects can be captured with precision thanks to Real-time Tracking, which is also based on a new AI-driven subject recognition algorithm that processes colour, depth, and brightness as spatial information. In addition, AF automatically detects faces and eyes.
The Sony A6400 is also highly suited to video recording, as it can shoot in 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels). Thanks to Fast Hybrid AF technology, you can focus quickly and steadily during video recording. This mirrorless camera also features an integrated HLG (Hybrid Log-Gamma) picture profile. The α6400 supports a direct HDR workflow, enabling HDR (HLG)-compatible TVs to play back true-to-life 4K HDR footage.
The Sony A6400 also features eight customisable buttons, each of which can be assigned one of 89 functions to suit your preferences. Its magnesium alloy body is dust- and moisture-resistant, making it highly durable in use. With the Imaging Edge Mobile app, this camera can also be easily controlled via a smartphone or tablet. (Imaging Edge Mobile has been available since March 2019.)

The Sony E 70-350mm f/4.5-6.3 G OSS (SEL70350G) is a long-range telephoto zoom lens. On Sony E-mount APS-C cameras, the lens offers a 105–525mm equivalent focal length. The extended range makes it well suited to sports, wildlife, and landscape photography. You also benefit from optical SteadyShot image stabilisation to minimise camera shake for sharper handheld shots. Complementing the handling is an XD linear motor that delivers fast and quiet autofocus performance, along with responsive manual focus control. In addition to refined handling and control, this 70–350mm lens is distinguished by its optical design, which incorporates one aspherical element and a trio of Extra-Low Dispersion elements that reduce a range of aberrations to achieve sharp, clear images across the entire zoom range.
