The VM02 wirelessly mirrors the image from the rear camera to the screen, so you can always see what's being recorded during selfies, vlogs, and livestreams. This lets you take advantage of the higher image quality of the rear camera without having to look at the front of your smartphone.

The VM02 connects via Wi-Fi (SSID: Ulanzi SelfiePod) and Bluetooth (BLE 5.2, pairing name: Ulanzi SelfiePod). On iOS, after connecting, you activate screen mirroring via the Control Centre; on Android and HarmonyOS, you use the screen cast function. The Wi-Fi range is at least 40 m; the Bluetooth range is at least 10 m and up to 20 m in open areas.

Thanks to the MagSafe-compatible magnetic mount, you can attach the VM02 to your smartphone in one swift motion. The included magnetic adapter ring also allows attachment to devices without built-in MagSafe magnets.

The built-in 3.7 V/1000 mAh polymer lithium battery provides approximately 2.5 hours of continuous use during screen mirroring. Charging is done via the USB-C port (5V/2A). Using the rotary dial, you can remotely adjust focus or zoom; brightness, mirror orientation, and aspect ratio can be adjusted with a single tap.
