The Sea&Sea Snoot for YS-D3 narrows the exposure angle of the YS-D3 flash for precise exposure of a specific subject. The snoot can be used in two parts. The narrowest opening is 25 mm. A prism is incorporated into the snoot to direct the focus light from the aiming/focus lamp towards the centre of the snoot.

Thanks to the bayonet mount, this snoot can be easily and quickly attached to and removed from the front of the flash underwater — replacing the diffuser — without any hassle. The snoot can be fitted with a safety cord to prevent loss.

Finally, the snoot features a built-in internal diffuser that produces beautiful, soft light. Photos taken with snoots can often have harsh exposure due to the nature of the snoot light beam. With the YS-D3 snoot, the light is beautifully even regardless of the background colour. This results in a different, lighter look to your photos.
