Panasonic LUMIX DC-G90 body
The Panasonic LUMIX DC-G90 is a compact mirrorless camera with a great combination of photo and video features, for both amateurs and professionals. With the 20.3 Megapixel Micro Four Thirds MOS sensor, you capture beautifully sharp photos. Thanks to the 5-axis Dual I.S. 2 (image stabilisation) in the Venus Engine, you can shoot photos and video with confidence, without having to deal with shaky footage or motion blur.
The Dual I.S. 2 stabilisation compensates for movement by up to 5 stops. This is ideal for filmmakers, but photographers will also appreciate it. The result is smooth footage and no motion blur when shooting at slower shutter speeds.
The G90 has a super-fast Autofocus and can lock focus in as little as 0.07 seconds! With a 9 fps burst mode, you capture fast action moments. The Autofocus uses Depth From Defocus (DFD) technology. This lets the camera track the subject so it can focus optimally. The G90 also features a face and eye detection system for easier and faster focusing, for example when shooting portraits.
Besides high-quality photos, the G90 also delivers excellent performance for filmmakers. You can shoot in 4K (30/25p) and even 60p in Full HD. Panasonic has also thought of slow motion: you can shoot up to 120 frames per second in Full HD with the special High Speed Video mode. With a micro HDMI cable, the camera outputs 4:2:2, 8-bit. There is a V-Log L mode for a wider dynamic range, so you can get more out of your footage in post-processing. The G90 also has a 3.5mm microphone input and a headphone jack.
Want to capture really fast action? With Panasonic LUMIX's 4K Photo mode, you can pull 30 frames from a 4K video. With Post Focus, you choose your focus point afterwards, so you can be sure you capture the moment at exactly the right time. With Focus Stacking, you get beautiful sharpness in your photos.
The powerful OLED live viewfinder and tilting 3" OLED monitor on the back give you plenty of options to see clearly what you are shooting from any angle.
The body of the G90 is optimised for comfort and can be operated with one hand. There are more physical buttons on the body than on its predecessor, so you can adjust your settings just a little faster and more easily. The G90 is also dust and splash resistant.
