The OM SYSTEM M.Zuiko Digital ED 17mm f/1.8 II is a bright, lightweight wide-angle lens (comparable to a 34mm lens on a full-frame camera). Perfect for everyday use and specially designed for the creative on the go. The ED 17mm f/1.8 II is high-quality and now has a weatherproof body. It is splash- and dustproof and weighs only 112 grams. This makes it easy to take it anywhere.

The ED 17mm f/1.8 II contains 9 lens elements including 2 aspherical ED elements. These reduce chromatic aberrations, distortions and colour bleeding. The lens also contains a DSA and a HR element. With its high-quality lens structure, the lens is bright and sharp across the entire image range. The ED 17mm f/1.8 II also offers beautiful bokeh thanks to a maximum aperture of f/1.8 and 7 blades.

The lens has a minimum focusing distance of 25cm. The ED 17mm f/1.8 II lets you take wide-open landscape shots as well as beautiful close-ups. Whatever your subject, you won't miss a beat thanks to the fast and accurate autofocus system.

The ED 17mm f/1.8 II comes with a lens hood and has a filter size of 46mm.
