MINT SLR670-S (Type i) Instant film camera, brown
The Polaroid SX-70 is considered a classic among instant cameras. MINT Camera has brought the classic design of the SX-70 into the modern era with more manual control over the camera, by creating the brown MINT SLR670-S (Type i) Instant film camera. The most recognisable part of the camera is its folding design, making it compact when folded and easy to open by pulling up the viewfinder.
The Time Machine is an external module that connects to the SLR670-S and gives full control over the camera's shutter speeds. There are also two different automatic modes, A100 (SX70 film) and A600 (600 film), which are matched to ISO speeds. Disconnect the Time Machine and the camera automatically switches to A100 mode. Moreover, Polaroid's i-Type film can be used with this version of the SLR670-S camera.
The electronics have been completely revamped and the electronic eye has been updated from that of the original SX-70 to give good exposure. If you find that the image is a little over- or underexposed, adjust the brightness control wheel to adjust the exposure for another photo in the same location and with the same exposure.
Focusing is made easy by the SLR viewfinder and the split image circle; turning the focus wheel left or right slowly focuses on what you see in the image circle. Each pack of instant film contains a built-in single-use battery to power the camera.
