The Megadap M2RF is an autofocus adapter with which you use manual Leica M-mount lenses with autofocus on a Canon RF camera. Thanks to a bayonet extension of 4,5 mm, the full Canon Dual Pixel AF functions take over the focusing, including eye detection, subject tracking and AF-C.

Megadap M2RF Autofocus Adapter Leica M – Canon RF

The Megadap M2RF is an autofocus mount adapter with which you use manual-focus M-mount lenses with autofocus on a Canon RF body. Via a bayonet extension of 4,5 mm, the adapter turns your manual lens into an autofocus lens, while the full Canon Dual Pixel AF remains available: eye detection, subject tracking, face priority and AF-C all work natively.

You easily switch between autofocus and manual focus with a button on the adapter, and with the 4-step aperture ring you set the exposure precisely. The adapter stores EXIF data and offers personal lens settings, while firmware updates come in via the magnetic contacts. This way the adapter stays up to date and tuned to your lenses.

The M2RF works with Canon RF full-frame cameras such as the R, RP, R1, R3, R5, R6 and R8, and with the APS-C models R7, R50 and R100, plus RED RF-mount cameras. In addition to Leica M, the adapter supports M-mount lenses from Voigtländer, Zeiss, Sigma, Laowa, Thypoch and TTArtisan, and lenses that you connect via an M-mount adapter. The whole is designed to be light and durable.
