The Leica Summilux-M 35 f/1.4 ASPH is a very compact 35mm lens designed specifically for high-resolution Leica sensors. For example, the lens works seamlessly with the sensors of the Leica M11 and Leica SL2.

The lens is versatile and delivers extraordinary results. Whether capturing landscapes or getting down to portraits, the Leica Summilux-M 35 f/1.4 provides sharp images with natural depth and perspective. Thanks to 11 aperture blades, images have mesmerizing bokeh.

The minimum focusing distance has been shortened to just 40 centimetres, allowing you to capture even close subjects in razor-sharp focus. A patent-pending dual cam unit doubles the focusing angle to as much as 176°. The new close-up capabilities offer reliable and precise focusing over the entire focusing distance.

The lens has a new and compact design. The Leica Summilux-M 35 f/1.4 ASPH is 2 mm shorter than its predecessor and 2 mm wider. The lens has a round lens hood integrated into the lens.
