The X5 features a razor-sharp 8K resolution — 78% more pixels than 5.7K — resulting in greater detail and clarity. This means reframed video matches the quality of standard camera footage, making editing and matching much easier. PureVideo features advanced AI noise reduction and dynamic range optimisation that deliver clear, vivid images regardless of the situation or lighting conditions.
Larger 1/1.28" sensors and a blazing-fast triple AI chip system set a new standard for 360° capture. This powerful hardware combination delivers true-to-life colours, stunning clarity, and brighter, more vibrant images. The X5 uses supersampling from 11K down to 8K, making footage more detailed and providing a truly immersive experience. Active HDR mode has now been upgraded to 60 fps to capture stunning detail and colour in both bright and dark areas, offering excellent stabilisation even during action-packed moments.
Thanks to the X5's new interchangeable lens design, you can easily remove damaged lenses and fit new ones with minimal interruption. Celebrate Marc's 2025 championship victory with the MM93 Championship Dashboard overlay. The camera records your speed, lean angles, and acceleration, projecting this data over your footage using information from your separately available Insta360 GPS remote or a third-party device.
