DJI Care Refresh (1-year) for Mini 4 Pro

The DJI Care Refresh (1-year) for Mini 4 Pro offers two replacement units for a small additional cost in one year and covers a wide range of accidents.

Please note that:

1. DJI Care Refresh (1-year plan) can be tied to a previously purchased DJI drone if it meets one of the following criteria:

• Brand new and unactivated drone;
• Drones activated in the last 48 hours.

2. DJI Care Refresh and associated product must be purchased in the same country or region as DJI Care Refresh benefits are only eligible in the region in which it was purchased.

3. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. You can request a replacement a maximum of two times in one year. The Flyaway Coverage covers situations where you lose your drone during a flight.

4. The shipping costs for returning your product for a replacement service are fully covered by DJI.
