Blackmagic HyperDeck Shuttle 4K Pro
Add a desktop shuttle with a comprehensive video playback interface to your live production with the Blackmagic HyperDeck Shuttle 4K Pro. The HyperDeck Shuttle 4K Pro has a compact design that allows you to use multiple I/Os and connect to a Computer or ATEM switch to control media playback using the 7-inch touchscreen, large search button and buttons. It also features a built-in autocue for using text files without the need for third-party software.
The Shuttle 4K Pro runs on Blackmagic OS, supports ProRes and DNx file formats and is compatible with a wide range of editing software, such as Premiere Pro, Avid and DaVinci Resolve. You can also use it to stream H.264/265 video to streaming services such as YouTube or Vimeo. Record Video via the SD card slot, M.2 PCIe card slot or USB-C output to an optional drive, or connect it to the Blackmagic MultiDock to record to multiple SSDs. The Ethernet port offers remote control and file transfer over a network.
With support for H.264/265, ProRes and DNx files, you can record true Broadcast masters. You can even choose between PCM or AAC audio. That's great for higher-quality mastering in combination with ATEM Mini switches. You get everything you need to send programmes to broadcasters and upload them to streaming services like YouTube.
The large search button lets you visually browse your clip library; you can then use the previous clip button to start the beginning of the clip. After playback, you can use the clip button to stop playback at the end of the clip. ATEM switchers can even control the HyperDeck Shuttle remotely via Ethernet.
A 7-inch touchscreen allows interactive control, built-in monitoring and menu customisation. Buttons for play, pause and record, as well as a mini timeline for scrubbing clips, ensure intuïtive operation. A heads-up display (HUD) shows time code, media status and audiometer information. Activate full broadcast scopes such as focus assist and RGB exposure histogram. Settings can be changed via on-screen menus and you can save and load 3D LUTs.
