The 3 Legged Thing AXIS 44 Padded Neck & Shoulder Strap (Obsidian) is a wide, supportive camera strap from the AXIS 44 range with built-in padding in the neck segment. The strap is designed for heavier camera setups and long days in the field, and comes with a QD4 quick-release plate.

3 Legged Thing AXIS 44 Padded Neck & Shoulder Strap Obsidian

The AXIS 44 Padded combines nylon webbing with Hypalon elements, EVA foam padding and a microfibre covering on the padded section. The hardware is made from aerospace-grade magnesium and stainless steel. Two stainless steel QD swivels on magnesium bodies form the attachment points, and the silky-smooth webbing sits comfortably across the shoulder or neck.

The neck segment features EVA foam with a microfibre finish, providing a soft lining for extended wear. The padding measures 48 mm in width and offers additional support with heavier camera setups.

The QD mechanism allows you to detach the strap from your camera within seconds and transfer it to a tripod. The included QD4 quick-release plate is Arca-Swiss compatible and features an integrated QD socket, so switching between tripod use and carrying is completely seamless.

With an adjustment range of 120 to 163 cm, the AXIS 44 Padded suits a wide range of body types and carrying styles. The 4-AXIS QD buckle allows the strap to move with you, while the cam-lever locks secure your chosen length without slipping. It can be worn around the neck, over the shoulder, or crossbody.
