The Fujifilm X-E4 is an extremely light mirrorless camera, but its size doesn't compromise its technical qualities: photos in 26.1 Megapixel, focusing within 0.02 seconds with face and eye detection, optimal image quality in the darkest lighting conditions and video options such as slow motion and Full HD.
The X-E4 is equipped with the 26.1 Megapixel X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor with phase detection points and the X-Processor 4, giving you an Autofocus speed of no less than 0.02 seconds. So you won't have to miss a single shot.
The Autofocus system of the X-E4 is extremely accurate. You have face and eye detection at your disposal, and you can focus well even in low light.
The X-E4 features Fujifilm's well-known film simulations. In this case there are 18 of them, including 'Velvia' and 'Eterna Bleach bypass'. With these film simulations you can choose different styles for your photos that suit the subject you are capturing. On the LCD screen you can see what effect it has on the photo.
The camera is easy to operate. This is partly thanks to the tilting and swiveling LCD screen, which lets you shoot from high and low angles and even take selfies and make vlogs.
On top of the camera you'll find the Shutter speed dial, so you can easily set the Shutter speed without having to switch the camera on first. The Shutter speed dial now also has the Program (P) mode, so the camera automatically chooses the optimal combination of Shutter speed and Aperture for the environment you are shooting in.
The function dial that sits on the back of the X-E3 has been moved to the front. This gives you more room to rest your thumb. That means more comfort when holding the camera and a streamlined way of operating it.
The Fujifilm X-E4 is easy to take with you thanks to its compact size of 12.13 x 7.29 x 3.27 centimeters and light weight of 364 grams. The camera has streamlined edges with flat grips for a classic design.
Of course, optional accessories are available for the X-E4 that make shooting a little easier: the leather case, the metal handgrip and the metal thumb-resting grip. The leather case provides good Protection for the bottom of the camera, while you can still easily swap the Battery. With the metal handgrip you can hold the camera more comfortably. Here too you can easily replace the Battery and the SD card. The metal thumb-resting grip attaches to the top of the camera and offers support for your thumb. This gives you a firm grip, even when you operate the camera with one hand. This adds comfort while shooting, and you can still use the dials.
