What do you need to do?

- Wait at least 30 days after your date of purchase
- Submit your cashback claim on the Panasonic website for your country

- To complete your claim, you need: a copy of your invoice or receipt showing the product name (model number), the store name and the date of purchase, the serial number of the product, and a clear photo of the serial number and the barcode on the box.
- You can submit your claim no earlier than 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. Claims submitted before this date will be rejected.
- All claims for this promotion must be submitted no later than 15 January 2027
- You can claim cashback on a maximum of 5 products per person
- Once your claim has been approved, you will receive the cashback within 30 days
